Dr. Searcy joined the practice of Dr. Matilda Cusumano in November of 2023. Dr. Searcy is a native of Maryland, who always had a goal to become a dentist to serve others.

Dr. Searcy has over 25 years of dental experience and is a graduate of Howard University College of Dentistry. She completed a one-year residency at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Washington, DC and has practiced in various clinical settings such as the military, hospitals, community health centers and private practices in various states to include North Carolina.

She has always had a desire to make a difference in the lives of her patients with a focus on quality care and dental education.

Dr. Searcy is current in continuing dental education courses, is proficient in most areas of dentistry with a focus on Restorative Fillings, Oral Surgery, Crown and Bridge and Removable Partials and Dentures, and enjoys taking on challenging cases.

In her spare time, Dr. Searcy loves to read and travel. She is also an active member of her church. She currently resides in Clayton and loves spending time with family and friends and enjoying the simple things in life.
